Learn more about Honored Always and how it all got started.
Honored Always was founded by Sheila DeWitt in 2010. She would visit her husband regularly at Fort Snelling National Cemetery with floral bouquets. It was then she noticed many Veterans without floral bouquets or wreaths and the business was born. Her idea sparked our core mission to make it possible for people who are unable to visit their loved ones the ability to still honor them with a tribute for special occasions or major holidays.
The business has since been passed along to longtime friend who has vowed to continue the high standards and commitment Sheila originally started. Honored Always remains dedicated to the people who rely on this service by new owner, Melissa Mohs and her whole family behind it. Many of our own family members have served in the military and are interned at Fort Snelling Cemetery. In honoring them with flowers and wreaths, we found how very important it is to celebrate the lives of all such dedicated men and women. The goal is to continue the high standards Sheila set many years ago and have family continue to be involved in the process while learning and trying new things for the many years ahead.

Our artificial bouquets are made with high quality flowers and each one is done individually. Our fresh flowers are purchased, cut and put in prepared water. Wreaths can be placed for Veteran's Day and remain until January 20th. Our packages are designed to help keep costs down and also allow you the convenience of ordering once for the entire year. Single deliveries are always an option for birthdays, anniversaries or special occasions. Deliveries are provided throughout the year, weather permitting. We photograph all our placements to provide you a visual record of both the beauty and quality of our products.
Honored Always has the upmost respect for all the men and women who performed their duties and now lay to rest at Fort Snelling National Cemetery. We take much pride in the privilege families and friends allow us in placing bouquets and wreaths for their hero's resting place.
